I took my xbox 360 here to get it repaired for the Red Ring error which most xbox systems will get. Paul seemed professional and friendly and returned my system to me within a few days. When I got my xbox home it was not working. It seemed like it was unable to read from the hard drive, so being the responsible person that I am, i attempted to determine if the hard drive was the problem. I tried the hard drive from my second xbox and that didn't work either. So now I have an xbox that doesn't work with any hard drives. I called Paul about the problem and was told "You don't know what you're talking about" and basically refused to help me or take responsibility for his faulty repair in any way. On top of that, the charge 2x some other xbox repair services, which I was fine with paying because of the "lifetime guarantee" i was told about... except Paul apparently doesn't guarantee that he won't break your system in some new exciting way. Avoid at all costs. They don't back up their fixes or their promises.

Thanks James for the review. However it is very inaccurate. You brought your Xbox 360 in for a RROD Red ring of death fix, and you are correct that many if not all consoles will get this error. When we checked in your equipment we immediately removed and gave you your hard drive from your system, as the hard drive has nothing to do with a RROD issue. The RROD issue was promptly fixed, and we demonstrated to you that the system worked, you signed off on the repair, paid and were on your way. You failed to mention that the RROD repair on your system had already been done by another party prior to any service from kneXtions. Also your review doesn’t say your Xbox 360 works fine without the hard drive as you stated it does on the phone. This leads me to believe you may have a bad hard drive/caddy. RROD error can cause HDD Read/Write issues, but this is generally because of the hard/soft shutdown/boot cycles. You contracted us for a RROD Fix, and we completed that fix. We did not damage your system/hard drive in any way in doing this repair. It is unfortunate that you are convinced that somehow we @ kneXtions damaged you’re system/hard drive (which we never had possession of) during this repair, but that is not the case. Also you mentioned we do offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all game console RROD or YLOD Repair – After the initial fix, We will fix the RROD / YLOD error again for only $5.00 for the life of the same unit. knextions was awesome to say the least. they installed my home network, wireless internet, and wireless printer quick. They even made sure that my network was secured so that no-one could use it without my permission. THANKS A TON!!!! p.s. - Way cheaper than the Geek Squad!

I had a virus on my system that kept popping up FBI, and asked me to pay. I took it to knextions and the guy took care of it fast! It made my computer much faster... Needless to say, I have found my computer guy. Thanks

when my laptop had a virus, it told me I had to send money to an account that I had no idea who was on the other end... I immediately googled around to find someone to help. I found knextions and set up an appointment, dropped off my laptop and within the very next day, it was ready for pickup. I checked the system out and it was actually faster than when I first bought it. Amazed, I asked what they did, and got a whole lot of tech talk that I have no idea what they were talking about - I call it the Magic Wand lol - I will tell everyone this place knows what they are doing. Price was lower than anyone else I talked to as well. What a gem.
