- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the first consultation, short term and long term goals are discussed. A fitness assessment is conducted. Which includes, waist-hip-ratio measurements, weight, BMI, flexibility, cardio and strength testing.Through out the first work out, body mechanics and weak areas are assessed; in order to develop a base line and a program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Porshia holds a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine- Exercise Science. She is a certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), Les Mills BodyCombat instructor, and Primary Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA)

It is essential to work with a certified professional who has years of experience related to your goals and needs. As well, as seeking a trainer that customizes and updates health programs to create long term results.
