- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to create this company due to the extreme over charging I was experiencing as a landlord myself for years. A lot of work can be done in five or six hours of hard cleaning and I was tired of seeing my owners over charged for services that I knew we could do faster and just and well. It worked and we have successfully been in business for almost 10 years now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential cleaning both vacant and occupied is our most common and largest demographic of work, but we are also very versed in construction and office cleaning as well.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all of the work we have done or I don't bill my clients until they are satisfied. We always require a walk through at the end of our first job so that the client can see and approve the work before we are done. Generally this is only needed the first time and then our staff has your preference's down going forward.
