- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are Occupational Health and Safety experts. At Medic Pro Training we provide the training and compliance solutions to keep employees on the job and aligned with employer requirements. From Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training, to basic CPR and First Aid classes, we can put together a program that covers everything you need. Classes can also be combined with drug testing, immunization clinics, TB test clinics, and other occupational health services. Pricing is based on the number of anticipated students, as well as the type of program requested. Generally, the more students you enroll the greater the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new client, the first thing we do is listen! We want to learn about you, and find out how our training programs and occupational health solutions can improve the health and safety of your business and customers. Our Occupational Health experts will put together a custom package that fits your needs and streamlines compliance with state, federal, and insurance requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are Paramedics, Nurses, and Physicians who have experience using the skills they teach in class to save lives. Unlike other instructors who often have little to no experience ever doing CPR or providing life saving care in an emergency, our instructors resuscitate and care for people experiencing life-threatening emergencies frequently.
