What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, all of our services are free on site estimates. That way we can inform the customer of what needs to be done and get them a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate and than normally complete the work same visit or in a very timely manner. After that if there are any issues we come back for free and makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BAS degree from St Cloud State University. This helps me to teach myself new things. To continually learn and read about the industry. To stick with something once I have started.
