- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bridal package - $175 Includes pre-trial, consult, the updo on the day of the wedding, coordination of any updos for the wedding party, and up to 20 miles of travel to the prep site. Wedding parties - bridesmaids $80 and flower girls/junior bridesmaids start at $65 (must be 12 and under). Standard updos - $80. Prom/dance Prep Parties I am willing to travel to your event if requested. Mileage fee is $1.75 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer talking with people on the phone, so as soon as a customer has questions or would like to move forward, I encourage them to give me a call. And don't worry - just because you talk to me on the phone does not obligate you to hire me! We'll go forward if and when you are ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I neither cut nor color, it's not necessary to have a license. Instead, I have experience - lots and lots of it! I'm creative, I listen to my clients, and I love working with people - all necessities for fantastic updos! At this point, I’ve worked with all kinds of hair for many kinds of events, and I enjoy the challenges and opportunities.
