Excellent, prompt, thorough service! Donnie did a great job, got my heater fixed about as fast as possible, and was one of the absolute friendliest people I've ever met. His commitment to the work was matched by his frequent and helpful communication and his customer service oriented style.

Don came when I was away and fixed my ac. It was leaking water. I've not been home to see if it works yet, but he and his partner are very nice and seem honest.
