- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs we do for our customers are Virus/Spyware removal,Troubleshooting/Repairing any hardware/software issues on desktop or laptops. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the technician what training they have, what prior education in the computer field they have and what certifications they have. Ask how long the technician has been working in this field. Does the technician have there own tools and programs. Get references from the technician that you as a customer can call and check the performance and quality of the technicians work. Ask how and how much the technician charges for each job, and if parts are an extra charge. Inquire if the technician will tavel, how far and how much they charge for each mile traveled. Also ask the minimum charge for each job requested. And with all this information you should be able to come to a fair understanding of what the technician is capable of and come to a fair payment.
