Jesse was wonderful to work with from start to finish.

I’m awful at answering my phone, so I really appreciated when his message to me on Thumbtack included the options to message him back through Thumbtack, call him, email him, or, my preference, text! We were able to find a time that worked for both of us within a week of my reaching out to him, and even with a snow storm he was at my house on time and ready to work. While working you can really tell he enjoys what he does as I heard him whistling to himself on more than one occasion. I’m very grateful Jesse was able to finish/fix all of our half done/failed attempts at being our own electrician. None of our lights spark, trip a fuse, or simply fail to turn on anymore and all of our outlets will hold a plug again! I’ll definitely be reaching out to Jesse for any of our future electrical needs!

Honestly, I would have given Jesse all 5 reasons of why I rated him a “5.” He was not only on time and professional he was also responsive and a great value. Jesse arrived at my home as scheduled and was very kind. He was adding recess lighting to our upstairs living room. He took the time to look at the space and how we wanted the lights laid out. He helped move furniture around so he would could work more easily. He laid plastic all over my living room floor so no mess would be left. He cleaned everything up nicely leaving no trace of the last 3 hours of work. He doesn’t realize how much I truly appreciated that. He is a true professional, something that is difficult to find these days. He is actually coming back next week to help with another project. If you want someone who is honest and knows what he is doing look no further. You won’t be disappointed with his quality of work. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Jesse!
