I can’t recommend Eric highly enough. He really went above and beyond. I wanted this done promptly and he showed up in the evening the following day. The job was more complicated than I thought, but Eric adapted without an issue. The mounting hardware that came with the unit was cheap and flimsy so Eric ran to the hardware store to get heavy duty bolts to make sure it was secure. While this installation was going on, my kitchen was unusable, and while most techs would have gone home and continued the next day, Eric, knowing I had to use my kitchen in the morning, stayed past midnight to make sure this job was done properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. His pricing is more than fair and he makes sure the job is done properly.

We had a miscommunication of address, but once arrived he assess the problem and got right to work. I had purchased supplies that were a little off but he found a workaround that was suitable. He even added a little extra support on my deck where a piece had come loose. It was a good experience and I would use him again.

I was tired of experiencing constant lag with my home WiFi network and decided to hardwire all my computers, video game consoles and smart tvs. After a lot of research, I decided to hire someone to help. Eric responded right away and offered to come the same day, a Saturday! Eric professionally connected all my devices from a bedroom on the main level to an adjacent living room as well as two separate rooms in the basement. I now have near Gigabit speeds on all my devices and I couldn't be any happier! Contact Eric; you will not be disappointed! I cannot recommend him enough. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get a clear understanding of what the customer wants. Then I explain to the customer the steps (work processes) I intent to take to get job done followed by asking whether customer has any more questions or concerns before I start work.
