Matsi’s was professional, thorough and most importantly - asked if his work was satisfactory all along the way and adjusted / improvised on the spot without any hesitations.
All the previous pros that I hired - would just wipe down the surfaces of appliances, but Matsi moved the appliances out of the way and cleaned them through and through.
I would definitely reach out again.

I let Mr.Matsi clean and he did an amazing job. I mean rooms that I could barely see the floor in are now spotless because of his service. It was fast too, I told him what I wanted and he got right to it. I will definitely be booking again!!!

Matsi did an AMAZING job! My garage was absolutely atrocious and I was nervous since I don’t often allow people into my house but he was very nice and easy to work with. He asked permission for everything he did and even recommended some things that I would’ve never thought of. On top of that, he was 10 minutes early! I definitely recommend this young man for service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms of pricing because I am working alone some of my rates may be slightly above average depending on the size of the work area. however, I assure you quality work nonetheless.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make formal introductions as well as briefly get to know the customer. I would like to prioritize relationships and in turn trust with customers. I do this because I would like the customer to know that they have hired someone they can trust in their spaces.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout Highschool I participated in many work-study programs where I picked up many skills and an understanding of what it takes to do this kind of work.
