- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its free to have us out to look at your plumbing and we will give you up font cost and multiple solutions if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start off by asking the customer "What problems or issues brings us out to your home today?" We try to give more then one option for fixing problem if possible. Offer a free plumbing inspection on every call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hold a Journeyman and Master Plumber license with the State of Minnesota. Also Minnesota Plumbing Contractors license and also bonded and insured. Hold to college degrees as well.
