Introduction: My focus is improving strength and Durability. I am very adamant about making sure form, posture, technique, and mechanics are performed right. I specialize in knee, back, glutes and lower core strengthening excercises. I am currently studying through the NASM program to become a certified Fitness Professional, but I’ve be weight lifting and doing strength & conditioning for almost all of my life. I am not certified yet, but I’m eager and determined to help people meet their fitness goals. I’m passionate about making others knowledgeable about fitness. I AM WILLING TO TRAVEL ONLY LOCALLY.

I have been training with Tim for about a little over a month and I have seen results. Tim is very patient and he is good at showing you the workouts multiple times. Tim motivates and pushes me so that I can reach my goals. Getting a trainer was best decision I’ve ever made!

I have been training with Tim for about 8months now. I an extremely happy with his services and his approach. He is very knowledgeable and particular when it comes to form. My goal was tone up my legs/butt/stomach area. I have lost a total of 26lbs and 4” off my waist since training with him. I train about 3x a week with him.

I am very excited with my training with City Fitness, he's (Tim) easy to work with and makes you feel very comfortable, especially being a woman. He brought me water and a snack and also gave me tips on healthy eating and stretching. Also a big thing he knows how to keep me motivated and he works with your schedules a big plus.

City Fitness is a excellent trainer. He breaks down the workout and explains how to do it and what muscles you’re working. The workout experience is great. He has helped me bulk up as well and get toned

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices is set based off my rate to train at private local gyms. So what it is now it may not be forever. But I will discuss deals and bundles.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to engage their strength and endurance. I also like to be observant them and see how much they know about fitness themselves. And what they don’t know I try to inform them on what they should know.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I played football, and I ran track for 7 years. And I am a NASM student on the verge of getting certified.
