I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a trainer - he really knows his stuff, and brings alot of positive energy to the workouts as well as variety in exercises. His approach accounts for nutrition, as well as strength and endurance training, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Lisa is, by far, the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable in all forms of physical training as well as nutrition. She takes a healthy holistic approach (mind, body). I was impressed with not only the results of our training sessions but also the personal interest and care she provided to my unique training needs (which changed over time). I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!
I have had Jocey as a personal trainer for about 4 months. Training two times a week. Jocey is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer. She is also very fun to talk with. I have been very pleased with the results so far and plan on continuing to train with her for a long time.

I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.
I started training with Chris twice a week back in December 2016 to slim down, regain my athletic body that I used to have when I was active in high school and college sports), and maintain an overall healthier lifestyle. Training sessions run about 45 minutes long and Chris does an excellent job accommodating to your schedule to ensure that it works with your lifestyle. Coming into personal training I was concerned that I would be injured or pushed too hard to due a knee injury sustained in college playing rugby. In the past with other trainers I have re-injured my knee due moving too quickly with leg days and not giving my knee the proper attention. In the three months with Chris, NOT ONLY has my left leg (injury leg) almost caught up in muscle size compared to my right leg- I have sustained ZERO injuries or irritations to my knee thus allowing me to push my body farther than I have in 4 years. Chris also personalizes all of his sessions to accommodate his clients needs and goals and takes the time to write different plans for people. I will be sticking with Chris until I reach my goal fully and past that to ensure I looks and feel the way I want to. I would recommend Armstrong Fitness to anybody that wants to invest in a healthier life, OR wants to accomplish a fitness goal that potentially has plateaued.
Have been training with Jack from BA Fitness for several months now. He has been great! Very punctual to every session, flexible with schedules but most importantly the in home training has been spectacular. He has great knowledge base about personal training, uses data driven studies and techniques, knows how to reach physical limits. I have been training with Rachael for 8 months now and have seen fantastic results! I enjoy working with her because she keeps me motivated throughout the entire session and keeps me accountable. When I am having an off day, she adjusts the workouts accordingly. We continue to set new goals for me to reach.
I started training with Ashley and Christian about a year ago, which was one the greatest decisions I have ever made. They have guided me with what I should be eating so I get the results I want, they have encouraged me throughout all my workouts and pushed me to achieve a better and healthier me. One of the great things about training with Ashley and Christian is there are exercises that I was unable to do and they are able to modify it specifically for me. Their gym is 100% private so there is no judgment only encouragement.
I have just started working with Will, but I feel like I've already learned so much. I went to him with a very weak knowledge base surrounding personal training and weight training. He initially asked a lot of questions to make sure that he understood what I was hoping to accomplish and then planned my training sessions around my goals. He has patiently answered my many questions and taking the time to to teach me the importance of physiology and proper form. I have only worked with him a few weeks, but I already feel that my mobility and strength have improved.
My experience with Trenti Training was amazing. Working with Paul I lost over 30lbs. To this day still keeping it off. I learned so much from both Paul and Courtney at Trenti Training. Everything from gym equipment, training at home to a healthy eating lifestyle. I wouldn't be where I am today without them. Highly recommend both Paul and Courtney
Tim has been training me, helping me get back into shape, and helping me reach my goals for about 3 months now. He is very motivational and pushes you to become better and to really take that extra step in becoming who you want to be physically. He knows limits but also knows what we have to do to really be able to work hard and achieve goals. As he is attending a very health-based college, Tim is very well educated on the human body and how to help it. I feel so supported when I work out with Tim because he really has the client in mind, and truly wants to help them. Overall, my training experience with Tim has been phenomenal, and I can't wait until we break through more of my/our goals!
