- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A standard cleaning will include the following: full cleaning of the bathrooms, vacuuming all floors, sweeping and washing all hard flooring, washing floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and main hallway entrance areas, cleaning of kitchen areas to include wiping down counter tops, cleaning dishes, putting away dishes, cleaning sinks, wiping down surfaces of appliances (no thorough cleaning of inside or detailed parts of the appliances with the exception of the microwave), cleaning in bedrooms including changing of sheets, laundry cleaning, folding, and putting away laundry (does not include dry cleaning services or ironing). Any additional requests please ask. Additional services not provided in a standard cleaning include: Carpet Deep Cleaning (Carpet cleaning is recommended every 6 months but is based on the clients preference), Cupboards washed, Furniture polished, Furniture cleaning, additional organization & cleaning as requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the client to discuss pricing and what they are specifically looking for. 2. Send the client a pricing quote and specific contract details. 3. Schedule a meeting to go to their home to see what services are needed, cleaning products, etc. and to make sure it is still a good fit for the client and myself (Introductions, scheduling a follow-up time to clean their home, etc.) 4. Send any updates to pricing and quote as needed. Send confirmation of cleaning start date. 5. Start cleaning the clients home!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. I also have my Masters of Business Administration in Accounting.
