Roberto and his sons were a pleasure to work with. They had great prompt communication. The job morphed into being almost triple the initial plan and they worked hard to get all the work done in a timely and high quality manner. They are very thorough. And detailed.
They pressured washed a very dirty, moldly cedar shake roof that had plants growing on it and repaired it. It turned out beautifully!!!
Pressure washed the brick and stucco on the house. They made repairs to some of the trim, did caulking, and painted some stucco and all the trim and doors. Some of the trim needed repairs also. They mentioned needed repairs that I had not seen or noticed. They also pressure washed all the decks, hand rails , paver walk ways and the driveway that had several algae spots. The hand rails and spindles were resealed. There are probably more items they attended to than I even mentioned. The home looked magnificent and like new when finished. 😍
Excellent work! Very competitively priced. I will definitely work with them again. They were so polite, mannerly accommodating, and neat. Everything was tidy at the end of the work day. I don't have one complaint!!

Roberto and his team are top notch.
Things I loved:
-Reasonable price for both labor and materials
-Excellent communication
-Excellent work
-Everyday was clean after the work was done
-Roberto has an eye for colors and really helped us choose the right color
-Family business- no random contractors show up!
-Took care of the few blemishes found immediately after the work was done
Things I hated:
-Saying goodbye after a job well done
I’d recommend Roberto and his team for a solid job at reasonable market rates. He’ll be my painter moving forward.

I cannot say enough about Johnson House Painting! This is a team of professionals - from the estimate to paint our house and stain our decks to the end of the project, it was a pleasure to work with Johnson House Painting. We appreciated the complete and thoughtful assessment of our siding/home. Further, the team went out of their way to care for our landscaping and plant, and outdoor furniture. Their work is meticulous, showing exceptional attention to detail. They communicate clearly (and do what they say!) and completed the job quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. We also sincerely appreciated their kindness and our positive interactions. In 25 years, this has been one of the best experiences we've had with a house project! We highly, and without reservation, recommend Johnson House Painting!

Roberto and his crew are fabulous! I had my roof replaced shortly after they finished painting. The owner of the roofing co. mentioned what a good paint job they did. He said, you know it is good work when even the obscure areas of the home that people don’t see are done well. I cannot recommend Johnson painting highly enough! They also have gave some great color combination recommendations. Great job guys and thanks again.
