Working with Solaris Roofing was great. I was in the middle of selling my house and found some roofing damage. We needed the work done fast as the house was already sold. After some problems working with my insurance, I got ahold of Eric and he was able to accept the job, get an estimate and get the job set within a week. He got me some great pictures during the work to see what was being done and had if finished within a very short time. The crew was great and did a great job cleaning up. I know who I will be calling for my next roof or solar project.

Honest upfront pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review the scope of the job together. We then pick colors/material. This establishes pricing. From there I work out scheduling and down-payment. We then review everything has been completed exceptionally. I do my quality inspection and collect final payment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the building materials industry for over 10 years. I started as a shop hand building entry doors and moved into a mill-work sales representative for a manufacturer covering MN. From there I began selling anything exterior remodeling related.
