Our pricing is calculated by an industry-accepted computer software program (Xactimate).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend enough time to fully understand their situation. This may be in person or initially over the phone. We will also ask about their insurance coverage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician's are trained by the IICRC which is the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. This is a industry standard for most mitigation companies. Our certifications include Applied Microbial Remediation Technician(AMRT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician(FSRT) and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST).
