Despite a busy schedule Bob responded the same day and scheduled an on site visit to provide and estimate for a boiler install that included pumps, gauges, and valences for a roughed in hydronic floor heating system. The work was completed very professionally and without any issues. Highly recommended for those who need a professional job without the high costs of larger businesses.

After sending out three requests for bids for a relatively minor plumbing repair, Bob of Masterpiece was the only one to respond. Because of his prior commitments, and because my repair was not urgent, Bob was not able to do the work immediately, but he kept me informed about the status of his schedule. And when he locked in the time he was prompt. The work was performed in an excellent, professional manner. The time to complete it and the cost was lower than expected. Based on experience with other plumbers in the past, I expected the cost to be double what it actually was. I will use Masterpiece for all future plumbing needs.

I’m fair. Not always the cheapest , but do stand behind the craftsmanship. I’m negotiable.. depending on situation.. Police, fire, and veterans get a better deal..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to use a phone and actually speak with ppl vs email and txt.. there’s to many things to go over and email and txt takes to long to respond and if you forget something , ?? Just easier to talk on phone and see jobs before a firm bid is given...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of century college HVAC/R program degree. Worked under two master plumbers for several years as well as master in HVAC/R..
