FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing for most design projects so you know exactly what you’re investing in from the start—no surprises. For smaller projects or consulting needs, I do offer hourly billing, depending on the scope. Once I understand your needs, I’ll give you a clear quote that fits your space, your timeline, and your budget goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a consultation—this is where I come to your home, get a feel for your space and your energy, and learn what’s working (and what’s not). We’ll talk about your style, your goals, and what kind of support you need. From there, we’ll decide if you want full-service design or something more hands-on where you’re part of the process. Once we’re aligned, I’ll onboard you and we’ll map out a timeline, design vision, and shopping strategy. Whether we’re starting fresh or working with what you already have, I’m here to guide the transformation every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied interior design at the Art Institutes and have spent the last 30+ years working in residential design. I’ve designed everything from cozy studio apartments to full custom homes and everything in between. I also bring real-world experience from shopping, styling, staging, and sourcing to help create beautiful spaces that are functional and full of personality.
