Through careful exploration and diligent work, achieving lasting change is a realistic goal. As a therapist, I am committed to helping you in this process. I enjoy working with a variety of people including individuals, children, couples, families and groups.
A special interest of mine is helping clients cope with various forms of loss and life transitions related to family, career and health. These may include relationship struggles, the loss of a loved one, health concerns, career stress and other symptoms of psychological distress.
