FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we try to go a little extra...if we think some things need addressing..we take care of it.. we always do the job with the thought " if I lived here would I be happy with this?"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple...once we have an interested party we agree to meet. At that time we analyze the situation and talk about what it is customer wants...tree trim...removal..stump grind etc. Do you want to keep the wood...do want stump geind etc. I will then make an estimate with scope of work. Once agreed upon a date is set and you get you tree work done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always liked cutting wood. I started cutting wood with my father when I was about six years old. I used to run the log splitter...the model 79...cause Dad built it in 1979...and started using chainsaw when I was about 12. We live on Grey Cloud Island and we have cut and split.our own wood from the woods out front since 1991. I started on the tree trimming business 7 years ago. I have previously work for a 2 man out fit as well as Wright and Save a Tree. Last year I struck out on my own and started Riverview Tree Service...(with aome financial backing from my Dad..LOL). Give us a try like I say..we will not be happy till you are happy
