- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard full-service residential property management is just 10% of the monthly rent, starting at $119/month. Additional fees may apply for some services; we can explain those more when we talk. Contact us for a free estimate and rental analysis for your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we collect data and details about your property. Second, we learn about your plans and financial goals for the property. Third, we assess how we can help you reach your goals. If we agree that our services are a good fit, we sign a contract, take the keys, and start to manage your property. We don’t collect management fees until we have a renter moved in and the first month’s rent is collected. We market your home, schedule showings, screen applicants, draft the lease and facilitate tenant move-in – all before getting paid. Plus, we guarantee to find a qualified tenant for your property within 21 days or the first month of management is free. I know how important my work is to your financial future. I am a licensed realtor in the State of Minnesota with over 15 years of property management experience.
