Professional, courteous, he asked questions and listened. The job also came in UNDER budget and Alex provided a complete accounting of all of the costs. I can't recommend him highly enough. We had a wonderful experience with Deck4life. Alex was great to work with planning our deck replacement. His pricing was fair for the market and he was upfront on everything , his timetable, architecture plans and dealing with inspections. Having done many remodeling projects over time, this was by far the best experience we have had. The quote we were provided was so thorough and detailed. I have had many contractors put a quote together and always come up about 20-30% off when comes time to pay. this was spot on. Yes was there a couple of add ons but they were by us. The word was meticulous and beautiful. Our neighbors also have commented on how beautiful the deck looks. It is a work of art. Highly highly recommend him to anybody!!!!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We meeting with the homeowner, we listen to the client's needs/wishes & providing firm estimate for project completion. We know what is new and desirable today and can recommend certain things which will increase the value of the property & minimize remodeling costs. Once the homeowner decides to move forward with the project, we meet a second time to discuss details & when everything is satisfactory to both sides, apply for building permit. (Usually it takes about two weeks for the city to issue a building permit and review the plans) We starting construction on scheduled date & supervise every step of the project & inform homeowner if any issues arise or further suggestions to make the project run smoother, save the client money, or the improve property value.
