I added pictures as the contractor requested. They did not respond to the pictures. They did not cancel the appointment and I stayed home and made plans assuming they would keep the appointment they booked. But they did not call or cancel. They just did not show up. I sent a message asking if they still planned on coming and there is no response.... Not very professional.
