While the work took longer than the initially estimated 5 hours due to the additional tasks you requested, I was very clear that it may take longer and we do not provide flat rates, billing for time and material. I only billed you for 5.5 hours as a courtesy. We have been transparent about our rates from the outset, and the final invoice accurately reflects the work you specifically asked us to perform. We value your business and worked diligently to restore your sprinkler system. Payment is typically expected upon completion, and I followed up to ensure you had the invoice. I also provided a discount. I am disappointed that you feel a poor review is warranted, as we were upfront about our pricing, which you acknowledged before we began the work you requested.
