- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge by the house, not by hour. If costumer wants to add on to usual deep clean, for instance maybe they would like their refrigerator cleaned out that day I would charge them a extra fee for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to go to the customers home so we can get to know you a little, do a walk through of the home, and answer questions the costumer might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained through a local cleaning company. Also have been trained by my 4 lovely children on how to keep up a crazy household:)
