What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From time to time we have specials going on. We always give discounts to first responders as one of our children is in college in that field. We believe in supporting our family and yours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate, discuss with the customer what they are looking for and give a fair price. Once they sign our contract we get the project scheduled in a time that works for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chad has 25 years professional painting experience; Tonya has worked in the legal/business field for business 25 years.
