Forgot to plow my home then after I called stated he would be out in the next few hours called Brian after 3 hours and he said he would not be out until tomorrow. My driveway and sidewalk are under a foot of snow. There is a bus stop at my corner for the kids in my neighborhood and I needed reliable snow removal. Not to mention the city will fine if my sidewalks are not cleared with 24 hrs of snow fall. Not reliable I would not hire.
