FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly pricing varies depending on the package size purchased. Larger packages have a lower hourly rate while smaller packages are higher. My website includes details about specific packages and what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be for the client to fill out a contact form through my website. Not only does this give me contact information but it prepares me before making that first phone contact and can save the client's time. Once I receive the contact form, I will go through it and decide if I am able to take on the client (distance, case type, schedule availability, etc.) or if I need to refer out. Then I will give the client a call to discuss what kind of options we have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated with my Certificate in Training and Counseling from The Academy for Dog Trainers, a renowned course founded and ran by Jean Donaldson. In addition, I obtained my CSAT (certified separation anxiety trainer) from Malena DeMartini- a trainer who is one-of-a-kind and has specialized in separation anxiety for many years. I continuously attend dog training seminars and am a member of the Pet Professional Guild.
