- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish I could give a pricing list on PC repair, but every PC is differant and most people have differant views on what they want in a PC. So in a nut shell I have to work on them just like a Doctor. Each patient is differant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am keeping up with the A + Certifications, and Network + Certifications for repairing PC's and Up on building Gaming Pc's, Personel PC's.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found an old Comadore pc back in about 1988 and was fasinated with it. So I opened it up and began to play with it. The rest is History.
