- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That when I give a quote I stick to my price unless additional work is needed. My hour rate $45.00 per hr , My min. charge is for 2 hrs and costs $ 96.00 for total min job cost. Otherwise I do quoted price per job if interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet customer and going over scope of work and setup time to complete work in timely manner to customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some contractor classes, and on the job training. 30 yrs of working with homeowners is an education.
