Ion came quickly, on a Sunday, and didn’t charge extra for it. He identified the issue quickly, fixed it, and kept the cost down, I’m very happy and will be using him again for my own home and my investment property.

We are a medical equipment manufacturer in Chicago that used Ion for an product installation off Thumbtack. Ion was attentive and presentable to our Minneapolis customer. There was an issue with the truck-line delivery to our customer, and we requested that Ion go to the truck depot to pick-up the equipment. Ion went the extra mile to make the pick-up & deliver the machine to the customer, and then installed the equipment properly. We look for installers like Ion to partner up with from a distance and we rate him 5 stars from Chicagoo.

Wonderful experience with Ion. Hard working and really cared about his work. Helped take off gas pipes that were causing our new stove to jutt out a bit. Also installed the OTR microwave that had tile. Hiring him for other jobs too!!

My wife and I are very happy with excellent work done by Ion on installation of the handheld shower slide bar at the shower room. One handyman previously refused to do that because of kind of stone or hard material used in the room walls cover. However Ion completed the job professionally.
