We are a medical equipment manufacturer in Chicago that used Ion for an product installation off Thumbtack. Ion was attentive and presentable to our Minneapolis customer. There was an issue with the truck-line delivery to our customer, and we requested that Ion go to the truck depot to pick-up the equipment. Ion went the extra mile to make the pick-up & deliver the machine to the customer, and then installed the equipment properly. We look for installers like Ion to partner up with from a distance and we rate him 5 stars from Chicagoo.

Ion went above and beyond by respondong to my request within minutes. He scheduled for a later time then was able to arrive 3 hours early.
