FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer straightforward, flat-rate pricing based on the job, so you’ll know the cost before I get started. Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project, and I’m always upfront about any additional costs. No hourly rates or surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple. Send me a description of what you need done along with a few pictures if possible. I’ll ask any questions I need, provide you with a flat-rate price, and we’ll find a time that works for both of us. From there, I’ll show up prepared with the right tools, get the job done properly, and make sure you’re happy with the work before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from years of hands-on experience working in property maintenance and repair. I’ve worked on everything from plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general home repairs to troubleshooting more complex maintenance issues. Working in the field has taught me how to diagnose problems, find practical solutions, and get the job done safely and correctly.
