- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $55-60/hour. This includes organizing, light lifting/moving, and light cleaning. With any booking, I include one free trip to the donation center of your choice!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with either a virtual or in-person meeting where I ask questions about the customer's problem areas and ultimate goals or vision. I then customize solutions and recommendations for the client to choose from, and we work out the scheduling of our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Organizing and Redesign by NAPO University.
