I hired Brittany to help me organize and declutter my son’s closets and dressers, and the experience was so positive that I’ve rehired her for additional projects since. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70/hour. This includes organizing, light lifting/moving, and light cleaning. With any booking, I include one free trip to the donation center of your choice! If you schedule multiple projects with me, I will often create a discounted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with either a virtual or in-person meeting where I ask questions about the customer's problem areas and ultimate goals or vision. I then customize solutions and recommendations for the client to choose from, and we work out the scheduling of our first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Organizing and Redesign by NAPO University.
