I hired Brittany to help me organize and declutter my son’s closets and dressers, and the experience was so positive that I’ve rehired her for additional projects since. She has a great ability to work independently once the project is outlined, which made the process incredibly easy and efficient. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70/hour. This includes organizing, light lifting/moving, and light cleaning. With any booking, I include one free trip to the donation center of your choice! If you schedule multiple projects with me, I will often create a discounted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with either a virtual or in-person meeting where I ask questions about the customer's problem areas and ultimate goals or vision. I then customize solutions and recommendations for the client to choose from, and we work out the scheduling of our first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Organizing and Redesign by NAPO University.
