- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors contribute to pricing: number, size & height of stumps, exposed feeder roots, proximity to hazards, accessibility to work areas and travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact, request actual measurements, number of stumps, what is the need for removal, accessibility to work areas, underground utilities concerns. Once the scope of work is understood I provide an accurate quote and arrange a date/ time that works for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, many years providing services and a hands on approach.
