I normally don’t write reviews, but Jeff deserves a shout-out. Professional, responsive, and courteous service at a reasonable price deserves to be recognized. Jeff replied within an hour and, since he was already in the area, was able to stop by and provide a very reasonable quote. He started right away grinding and removing the treestumps. One had an embedded T-post, and another was very close to a fence, but he handled both with great care. Excellent, professional service. Highly recommended.

Very responsive, gave a decent price on a pine tree 12 " stump. I asked if he could also remove a decayed ash stump about 24 in diam. He gave me a good ad-lib quote for this additional work and was able to navigate his equipment into a tight spot in both cases & took good care not to damage any nearby bushes while doing so. HIghly recommended!!

I contacted Jeff for a estimate to grind a stump. He showed up in less than a hour, gave a good estimate and hired him on the spot. He made quick work of the full grown Ash treestump. I will definitely use Jeff's services in the future.

Jeff responded to my request within minutes, was at my house in half an hour, and was able to do the job then. His explanation of what needed to be done gave me confidence that he was the right person for the job, and his fee was very reasonable. He suggested moving the dirt over to expose more roots and the wood shelf underneath where the stump had been. This was possible because of the plow blade on the back of the grinding machine. He then used the blade to backfill the hole again. That saved me hours of time and effort. Great job, Jeff!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors contribute to pricing: number, size & height of stumps, exposed feeder roots, proximity to hazards, accessibility to work areas and travel distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact, request actual measurements, number of stumps, what is the need for removal, accessibility to work areas, underground utilities concerns. Once the scope of work is understood I provide an accurate quote and arrange a date/ time that works for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, many years providing services and a hands on approach.
