The tech came out, provided a quick and easy resolution for the water line to my fridge not working (the valve) and even suggested another improvement that I didn’t realize would be an issue come winter. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything more than what I had called for, but in under two hours I was happy with the results.

From the beginning of working with Kami on selecting the best fixtures for our needs, to discussing water quality and mitigation of our sediment issues here in Mpls, to the installation of three faucets (one unfortunately with handles missing from our order with Ferguson) and coaching on how to self-install when the parts come in, Carl and Ryan were excellent. When they said the new footprint of our fixtures was going to be smaller, they allowed flexibility to me while I cleaned up the area after they removed the old fixture and worked ahead on the next disconnect to give me a few minutes to effectively clean up for our new hardware. I look forward to hearing back about the lab results on our water and learn about the recommendations for our home.
