I needed new cabinets in my Kitchen. Tom came over and assessed by kitchen. Gave me options to think about. After wee we decided what we wanted, Tom immediately gave us a drawing outline, pricing and estimated completion time. Pricing was better than competive. When the cabinets were ready Tom installed the cabinets which took only a couple of days with professional quality workmanship and made sure it was completed on time. He also made sure we were satisfied and stood by his product. I couldn't have asked for a better remodeler and would highly recommend him.

Tom remodeled our kitchen and took it from a walled in kitchen to an open concept kitchen. His workmanship was excellent. He worked very well with our decorator and was very open to changes made during the process. Tom and his crew were always professional and considerate. We will use Tom again when we remodel our bathroom.

I have used Performance Plus a few times and I have been very happy with their work. I liked that they gave suggestions when I was building my deck. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned everything up when they were done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wrote the Excel program that I use and update it constantly with materials and pricing. I also track estimate vs time and materials of previous projects to improve our estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education classes every year to keep up with code changes and learn about the latest trends and products available for myself, as a contractor and you, my customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I liked working on my own homes (did projects on 5 of them) and sold home as a new construction real estate broker for my co-worker. The home building business started to slow down so I wanted to start up remodeling.
