We are happy with our experience and results of the finished project! When he notices something that is not right, Delane is always willing to help and solve the issue. He was always very kind and talked to us every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied with what we wanted.
Summary of the work done: we needed new flooring for our downstairs bathroom due to water getting into the vinyl planks from the last people who installed the floors incorrectly. There were some chipping of paints and damaging of the walls in that same bathroom that were able to be patched up and repainted. He had to also take out the toilet and vanity and reinstalled that as well. Our upstairs bathroom, we noticed that the last people did not paint behind the toilet or behind the original mirror so we asked him to paint that area as well. He had to go to the store to color match for two colors that we didn’t have for the bathrooms. He also hung our new mirror up. We also had an office area that had some damaged painted areas from my husband’s old wall panels that were able to be corrected.

Delan was sent to me from God. I'm so grateful that I had the chance to work with him. I reached out to Delan on Saturday morning in a panic because I scheduled a pro to come to do some work for me. Long story short, it didn't work out with the person, but I had already taken the day off work. So I started reaching out to different pros. Delan answered right away and was at my house literally an hour later. I showed him what I needed to be done. He went shopping for me, picked up the supplies, and worked the entire day until my projects were finished, on top of going the extra mile to do carpet cleaning. Working with someone who is so knowledgeable and kind was truly a blessing, and his work turned out amazing. He gave my home a total makeover on a last-minute notice. I can say enough great things about Delan.

Delan was incredible. He responded to my inquiry instantly- and did amazing work building two doorframes into perfect arches using drywall. He was fast, did a beautiful job, and was extremely trustworthy and kind. I will hire him for all my future remodel jobs.
