Delan was the man, he went above and beyond to fix the patio door that had me stifled. It now slides like new, he couldn't help himself and tightened some deck boards and applied some caulking at no charge. Recommend 100%

Working with Delan was so great! We hired him to remove some tile with water damage around our tub and install a surround. He is very detail oriented and went above and beyond, fixing a door that wouldn't shut, replacing a piece of siding that had come down, and restoring some of our popcorn ceiling. He is punctual and very professional. We will definitely be keeping him in mind for future projects.

I’m 60 years old and I’ve worked with a ton of contractors. Delan is the best, hands down. His prices are very competitive and his communication during the project is fantastic. I’m getting a house ready to sell and he did a few things to fix the house up including: replacing the kitchen floor with vinyl and fixing a mess caused by water under the floor. He installed an entire staircase outside my garage on the alley—the house sits on a hill. There were many other little fixes around the house including plumbing.
You just can’t go wrong with Delan Kular !!!

Delan was sent to me from God. I'm so grateful that I had the chance to work with him. I reached out to Delan on Saturday morning in a panic because I scheduled a pro to come to do some work for me. Long story short, it didn't work out with the person, but I had already taken the day off work. So I started reaching out to different pros. Delan answered right away and was at my house literally an hour later. I showed him what I needed to be done. He went shopping for me, picked up the supplies, and worked the entire day until my projects were finished, on top of going the extra mile to do carpet cleaning. Working with someone who is so knowledgeable and kind was truly a blessing, and his work turned out amazing. He gave my home a total makeover on a last-minute notice. I can say enough great things about Delan.
