- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
U know I have a heart when it comes to pricing. Of course we have over head and equipment cost is what homeowners need to understand that we can’t do this for free so I do what’s fair or work with the homeowner as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to assess and try to knowledge the homeowners on why we should or should not remove a tree or how to save a tree by trimming the trees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a ISA certified arborist where u can ask me anything about a tree and I’ll break it down for u
