Introduction: I offer comprehensive personal fitness training, fitness evaluation, and health coaching. Personalized and effective workouts are designed for weight loss, strength training, and cardiovascular endurance. Most training sessions are 30-60 minutes and conducted at your home, outdoors, or personal gym (check with your gym to make sure they allow outside trainers).
We also provide life coaching services in executive coaching, career coaching, and relationship coaching, sales training, leadership training, and motivational speaking.
I have over 25 years experience coaching people to reach their goals, and have worked with successful athletes, executives, and most importantly individuals that need the extra help to continue on their path to personal excellence.
