Introduction: It is very important to me to make sure the project I'm completing for my customers will last a long time. Inspecting older homes makes me a better contractor and inspector because i've seen the building products and practices that don't work and eventually fail. I love meeting new people, seeing different homes, and helping my clients make the homes they live in better.

My wife and I are moving out west and wanted to get our house in the best shape possible to sell. We were referred to Veterans Integrity Exteriors by a family friend that had recently had some work done on his own house. Our roof needed to be replaced, we needed several new windows, and we also wanted the interior of our house painted. When we first contacted Blake he was very courteous and he met with us the next day. We showed him the work that needed to be done and he gave us a rough estimate right then. He also followed up with a formal estimate the next day. Not only were we surprised in his punctuality in getting us an estimate in such a timely manner, but his price was at a better rate than a few other contractors that we had been in contact with. We decided to go with Veterans Integrity Exteriors. We only offered the work for the roof and windows to Blake, but after seeing his craftsmanship and attention to detail we asked if he would paint our interior as well. Everything that VIE did was at an exemplary standard. You could tell that they paid attention to detail and they knew what they were doing. Not only was the work quality but Blake himself was nothing short of a gentleman. He made sure that each and every day he left our property in the shape that it was when he showed up. He either laid down cloths or removed his shoes whenever he entered our house, and he spoke to us with respect. Anything that we didn't understand Blake would explain in detail so that we felt comfortable about every part of the process. He never swore, and we always felt that he was working with us, not for us. The roof, windows, and paint job are all something I'm proud to display today. Blake is a man of his word and I will refer him to anyone I know that needs any type of work done to their house. Thank you Blake and Veterans Integrity Exteriors for your quality workmanship. My house has just gone on the market this week, and I know it will sell itself based on the excellent exterior and interior look that it now has.

I worked with veterans integrity to complete a roofing and window job in Lakeville on my house. It was an insurance claim from hail, and Blake did an excellent job working with my insurance company to complete the repairs on time, within budget, and produced a quality end result. He's very professional, does what he tells you he will, and knows his profession well. I will be recommending Blake to friends and family who are in need of a good contractor.

Hello, Working with Blake and Veterans Integrity was a fantastic overall experience. He helped us fix a leaky roof and repair the damage done to the interior of our home before we sold it. They were professional, courteous, and clean. I also used him to do a home inspection on the house we are moving into. I was very satisfied with everything and would recommend working with him. Thanks

Veterans Integrity Exteriors & Inspections is a very easy and professional company to work with. Blake was always on time, treated our home as if it was his own, and completed the work he agreed to do in a timely manner. He worked hand in hand with our insurance company and walked us through the whole insurance claims process. Our roof and windows look great and we are very happy to be able to refer him to our friends and neighbors. Pleasure to do business with them.

Although the job was originally scheduled to be completed no later than on Friday, on Saturday Blake and his employee were here on Saturday evening finishing the project. Now given the fact that it was Halloween weekend, and there were kids involved, I was quite pleased that Blake and Cory showed up to finish the job on Saturday evening. They did an excellent job with some very bad walls, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to any of my friends. Thank you so much Blake and Cory - you have NO IDEA how much you saved me!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I read a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad while in Iraq in 2004 and decided I wanted to be self employed when I got home. I've been self employed since getting home in 2005 and I've always been in the residential construction business along with real estate inspections.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Regular Real estate home inspections, storm damage insurance claims to fix roofs, siding, gutters, and windows. I also get cash roofing, siding, and window jobs i bid out competitively. I'm currently also providing Radon testing to help bolster my inspection business.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I hope customers realize just how focused I am on delivering a superior product as opposed to just getting paid.
