Dmitri responded to my request quickly, came when he said he would, pointed out problems (as I asked him to), and seems to have done an excellent job despite the extreme heat today. I say "seems" because it works beautifully now but I haven't had it long enough to say more than that. Door opening and closing is very smooth and quiet, unlike how awful it was before.
