- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free, no-obligation estimate. Either our estimator or owner, Tim, will meet with you to review the estimate in detail and answer any questions you may have. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to be your trusted, one-call solution for all your home needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed contractor in Minnesota (#BC807459) with specialized certifications as Senior Home Safety Specialists and Aging in Place Specialists. These qualifications ensure we have the expertise to provide safe, high-quality services tailored to your unique needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tim and Jennifer Bauernfeind launched TruBlue of Plymouth and Maple Grove in August 2023, combining their skills and passion for assisting others. Tim's exceptional handyman abilities and Jennifer's commitment to service made this venture a natural fit. Our mission is to provide comprehensive handyman services and support seniors in aging comfortably within their homes. Our homes are generally our largest asset and if not properly maintained, can be very costly and in fact, lose value. Through TruBlue, we aim to help clients preserve their home's value, beauty, security, safety, and comfort. Our dedication to quality service and community well-being drives their work, ensuring homeowners receive reliable assistance for various home projects.
