- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TruFix Services process includes an initial consultation to learn the scope of work, a quote and a walkthrough and explanation of the work completed after the job is finished. Excellent communication is a key principle of the TruFix process.

Serving others and problem solving with my skills and talents has been incredibly rewarding over the years and I find great satisfaction in a job well done.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
TruFix works with customers from all walks of life for a variety of needs. Aging in place and ensuring that those who are retired and looking to maintain a home they can enjoy is an area of my work I find great joy in helping with.
