We offer a full-service vacation rental management service from start to finish. Whether you already have an existing property, or you need to find one. We offer real estate services, design, set-up and ongoing property management.

I NEVER leave reviews but in this case I felt I needed to. I really am torn on this because if I leave a good review then Jo will be too busy to do my next projects. However in the world we live in if you find someone that does what they say, when they say, try extremely hard and most of all care about your project; then I MUST pass on the FACT that the works BnB is by FAR the best I’ve worked with. I will never use anyone else, wouldn’t even consider it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is quoted per the project as each property and situation is unique.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically have a call to learn whether we're a good fit for each other. If the customer wants to proceed, there would be a site visit to assess the property and any improvements needed. A proposal document would then be sent with a contract to sign. Once the contract is signed, the project would begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 years of marketing experience in large corporations. I have almost 20 years of experience flipping houses, and buying investment properties. I am a licensed REALTOR in Minnesota. I am also part of a national short term rental mastermind - STR Secrets.
