- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will have a consult fee but I do keep all pricing up front before any work is done so that both the customer and I are in the same page with the project and price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you feel comfortable with them and their ability to do the job or project you want.
